Ms. Steiner is a financial executive with nearly three decades of progressive experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, international finance, treasury, information technology, investor relations, audit and strategic planning.
A certified public accountant, Ms. Steiner was named chief financial officer and treasurer of Lydall, Inc. in 2009. The company, with operations in the United States, France, the Netherlands and Germany, manufactures specialty engineered products for the filtration/separation and thermal/acoustical markets. Ms. Steiner is responsible for leading board of directors' discussions about all matters pertaining to accounting and finance. She also participates in all board committee meetings.
Previously, she served as chief financial officer at Superior Industries International, Inc., a tier-one supplier to the automotive industry. Her career began in 1985 as an audit manager at Deloitte & Touche. She also served as the chief financial officer of Monogram Systems, the storage solutions group at Quantum Corporation, and the passenger systems division of Rockwell Collins. She also worked for Arvin Meritor as a division chief financial officer in Frankfurt, Germany.
