Mr. Polanco has extensive experience in the fields of P&L management, strategy, global supply chain and real estate through his work for global consumer products, service and manufacturing companies.
Prior to joining True Partners, Mr. Polanco held positions of increasing responsibilities at Sara Lee Branded Apparel, including vice president of corporate integration and vice president of global supply chain, where he led multiple initiatives to develop a mutli-billion dollar global supply chain strategy. He also served as a senior engineer at U.S. Surgical Corporation in Connecticut.
Mr. Polanco is a managing partner and founder of three entrepreneurial ventures – Nian Consulting, JHL Real Estate Investment and FunDrop. Mr. Polanco was a former board member for Operations Associates, Inc. in Greenville, S.C. and Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago.
