Mr. Chukwu is responsible for global finance and banking, financial reporting, budgeting and analysis, system administration, human resources, facilities, and all other administrative functions worldwide at Triple Point Technology. Mr. Chukwu has extensive knowledge and experience as a CFO for software and services organizations. Prior to his appointment at Triple Point Technology, Mr. Chukwu was the CFO of Netkey, Inc., an enterprise software company providing a dominant platform for self-service devices, kiosks and digital signage to major retailers. He has held top positions at Eventra, Inc., Healthcare Software Synergies, Inc., Lexbridge Corporation and KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr. Chukwu holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven.
