About Me

I conduct research in the area of corporate finance, credit enhancement, corporate governance, M&A and the financial effect along supply chain. I have published papers in the Financial Review and Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy. As an active paper presenter and discussant, I have presented at the professional meetings such as the annual meeting of Financial Management Association, Southern Finance Association, etc. My papers were also published as conference proceedings in Decision Sciences Institute Conference, Asia Pacific Decision Sciences Institute Conference, to mention a few.

To teach students to be proficient with finance in the dynamic real world, I integrate my research with the real-world case studies in the MBA core course. In addition, my research on international finance adds a global perspective in every course I teach.

I am currently CFA Level II candidate and working towards passing the CFA Level II exam. I also lead a regular CFA exam study for students.
