Balance
What is it about?
This program will train the participant in the area of improving flexibility and balance, both physically and mentally.
How will I be assessed?
Participants will be assessed on their flexibility using a standard sit & reach test at the start, midpoint and conclusion of the ten-week program.  We will also administer an optional and confidential DASS to assess mental well-being for those participants who seek mind/body/spirit balance.
Will my results be confidential?
Of course!  Unless you want to tell the world, in which case, we'd be happy to share in your accomplishments!
