What is it about?
This program will prepare and train the participant in the area of sport-related fitness skills such as agility, balance, reaction time and power.
How will i be assessed?
Participants will be assessed on their time through a drill-style fitness obstacle course at the start, midpoint and conclusion of the ten-week program.Will my results be confidential?
