Operation Coordinator of Campus Recreation at the University of New Haven
As of May 2012, Stephanie Souvenir joined the ChargerRec team by filling the fourth and newest professional staff position. She currently supervises the Customer Services Attendants and Equipment Services Attendants. Her key responsibilities will include cash management, leading student development for all Campus Recreation employees, handling payroll, and analyzing student learning outcomes. Stephanie also brings the added experience of event planning, marketing, and corporate health club management - De Paul University Campus Recreation Department

Graduate Intern of Campus Recreation
Beginning in the fall of 2011, Stephanie Souvenir was the Graduate Intern in the Campus Recreation Department at De Paul University. As an intern, she worked in several different areas within Campus Recreation. Her key responsibilities included hiring and training Entrance Attendants, developing a training manual and program for the Team challenge Facilitators, and conducting professional development workshops for all 100+ student employees. In addition, present at the 2012 NIRSA annual conference with a presentation called "Small and Big Event you can Conquer" - Life Time Fitness, Old Orchard

Originally hired at Front Desk Team Member, Stephanie Souvenir was an integral part of making the Old Orchard location a leader in the company for maintaining 40% monthly average of retention of members. She was responsible for hiring and training the member services staff in providing high level of customer service in a fast paced environment and handling cash management for sales and payments on memberships.
