Our Fitness and Wellness center covers approximately 6000 square feet of the David A. Beckerman Center.  The upper level consists of a wide variety of cardiovascular and selectorized strength equipment while the lower level is made up of a hefty selection of free weight and plate-loaded strength equipment.

Our fitness attendants are eager to help you with any questions you may have.


Our fitness centers are equipped with a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment including:

  • Upright Stationary Bikes
  • Recumbent Stationary Bikes

  • Elliptical Cross Trainers
  • AMT's (Adaptive Motion Trainers)

Enjoy your exercise even more with the option watching TV!  Over half of our cardio pieces are equipped with cable-ready personal viewing screens by Cardio Theater.

We also offer a full line of Nautilus Nitro selectorized equipment, four Star Trac Human Sport funtional training stations, a multi-purpose cable cross machine and a variety of Nautilus plate-loaded strength equipment.
