Other:

Dr. Wall joined the faculty of the University of New Haven in 1987 as Chair of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, and served as chair for ten and a half years. Prior to joining the UNH faculty, he served on faculties of the Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pittsburgh and was a full-time practicing civil engineer.

In addition to his teaching, research and consulting interests in the water resources area of civil engineering, Dr. Wall has an active interest in civil engineering education. He has served for more than twenty years as a civil engineering program evaluator for the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (EAC/ABET) and recently completed a five year assignment as an American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) representative on the Engineering Accreditation Commission. Dr. Wall is a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Past President of the Connecticut Society of Civil Engineers.
