What is MSEM?

The master of science degree program in Engineering Management (MSEM) offers the most advanced conceptual and practical learning available. It is designed not only to expand your intellect, but also to affect positive change. Here you will learn how to lead a company, how to realize opportunity, and how to reach the loftiest goals. With engineering faculty members who enjoy national and international reputations; with a part of the program drawn from the prestigious Executive MBA program at University of New Haven; and with a class consisting of your peers, we believe our program is more than career-oriented. It is career-defining.

The M.S.E.M. program includes advanced learning in achieving optimal operations, project management, quality assurance, and E-solutions in engineering management. Additional topics from our M.B.A. program are organizational change and development, accounting, financial management, marketing practice, and leadership.

This 18-module program can be completed in two consecutive academic years. Each module meets for six hours, one day per week for five consecutive weeks. Classes usually meet on the same day for the entire two-year period. Currently, cohorts meet on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
