Introduction
The Tagliatela College of Engineering at UNH offers a bachelor of science degree and an associate in science degree in chemistry. Graduates of our chemistry program have gone on to rewarding careers in fields such as pharmaceutical research, chemical research, and education. Those who complete a double major in chemistry and forensic science are employed by major crime labs and government agencies. The Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering is housed in the Tagliatela College of Engineering, but a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry is available through the College of Arts and Sciences.
Unique Features - The chemistry curriculum at UNH is a uniquely flexible program of study, allowing students to concentrate or minor in related specialties or other fields.
- A double major in chemistry and forensic science is a particularly popular option. With the proper choice of courses, you may receive both degrees by taking only twelve additional credits.
