Profile

Professor Eggert's research interests are in the areas of robotics and computer vision. Currently he is trying to finish a proposal for a new master's degree in Computer Security. Whenever he is not in class or a meeting, he has office hours whenever his door is open.

Anyone who has come to his office knows that he is a great fan of the Peanuts comic strip, especially Snoopy. In his dwindling spare time he likes to read science fiction and fantasy novels, play backgammon, spend time with his family and take care of his dozen or so cats.
