All academic programs within the Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences are fully licensed and accredited by the State of Connecticut, and all programs are accredited through the University's regional accreditation by NEASC. In addition to these state and regional accrediting authorities, some of our programs also hold specialized accreditation through disciplinary accreditation bodies. The undergraduate program in forensic science is in candidacy for accreditation from the Forensic Science Educational Programs Accreditation Commission of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. The undergraduate program in legal studies is in candidacy for accreditation from the American Bar Association. The undergraduate program in criminal justice has been accredited by the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education under the board's guidelines for criminal justice and law enforcement programs.
