Assistant Professor of Management

Teach diversity, leadership, human resource management, and general management courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.  Conduct research. Serve as academic advisor to management majors.  Serve on various committees.

Director of Student Retention Activities

Serve as "general purpose" advisor to students in the School of Business.  Work with Department Chairs to arrange for recitation sections and tutoring for Business core courses.  Work with a faculty case writer and a corporate sponsor to initiate, develop, market, and coordinate the annual Corporate Challenge student case competition.  Organize and promote the annual School of Business Awards Banquet and Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society Induction.  Identify eligible students and assist them in applying for scholarships.  Work with Department Chairs to establish student clubs.
