As all of society's systems—governmental, technological, societal, educational, industrial, military, and business-related—become increasingly sophisticated and complex, the need for individuals educated and skilled in management has never been greater. Managers must be attentive to an increasingly competitive global marketplace as they deliver quality products and services while managing the organization's interaction with both internal and external environments. The management program within UNH's Department of Management and Quantitative Analysis seeks to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to secure positions of responsibility in management. The study of theories and methods of analyzing decisions will prepare students for professional careers in management, as well as sharpen the skills of those already holding organizational positions. The College of Business offers both graduate and undergraduate degrees in management.
