The finance programs at the University of New Haven provide students with the knowledge and tools necessary for a wide range of professions in today's competitive job market. The Department offers an undergraduate degree in finance and a finance concentration in the M.B.A. program. Through state-of-the-art instruction at the recently inaugurated Samuel S. Bergami Learning Center for Finance and Technology, emphasis is placed on applications, group interaction and problem-solving skills in the classroom.
Finance faculty members pride themselves in staying contemporary and innovative through continued theoretical and applied research and being committed to excellence in education. Teaching emphasis is placed on both a theoretical understanding of the financial system as well as practical application in relating theory to real-world problems.
