Long-Term Health Care Certificate

This certificate is approved by the Department of Health Services, State of Connecticut, as a course of study in long-term health care. Students who complete this 12-credit course of study are eligible to take the state licensing examination for long-term care administration, an area of expanding opportunities for health care practitioners.
The long-term care certificate is available in two options as shown below. Please contact the program coordinator prior to selecting an option as the State of Connecticut has different requirements for each option.
