Management

Introduction

All of society's systems—governmental, technological, societal, educational, industrial, military, and business-related—become increasingly sophisticated and complex, the need for individuals educated and skilled in management has never been greater. Managers must be attentive to an increasingly competitive global marketplace as they deliver quality products and services while managing the organization's interaction with both internal and external environments. The business administration program within UNH's Management Department seeks to provide students with the knowledge and skills to secure positions of responsibility in management. The study of theories and methods of analyzing decisions will prepare students for professional careers in management, as well as sharpen the skills of those already holding organizational positions. A bachelor of science degree and an associate in science degree are offered.
