Concentrations
The concentration in information protection and security provides a unique approach to addressing the issues of cyberterrorism and assurance of our information management systems within our national security agencies. Students will be prepared for assuming the responsibilities of protecting agency or corporate information systems. The program includes the basics of information systems security as well as legal issues and cyber–response strategies. Computer gaming simulations as well as online attack and defense techniques are presented for student assignments.
