This certificate program provides the fundamentals for determining the cause and origin of fires. Investigative techniques and arson determination are included in this program, which is appropriate for individuals in either the public or the private sector. The industrial fire protection certificate provides the fundamentals related to industrial property loss control. While focusing on the private sector, the principles are equally important to public sector employees who interact with those responsible for the protection of commercial and industrial properties. The hazardous materials certificate provides the fundamentals for dealing with the manufacture, storage, handling, and shipping of hazardous materials.
