Other

Dr. Norton was a police officer in Louisiana and a practicing attorney. His research interests focus on policy and program evaluation research to identify best practices in the Criminal Justice Field. He has conducted studies to evaluate the impact of correctional treatment programs, police practices and legal reforms.
