Career Placement
According to a recent study, seven of the top ten careers in the U.S. were mathematics or computer-related. Because of the mathematical breadth and the large number of free electives in our programs, UNH math majors are well-trained for dozens of career opportunities. Recent graduates of UNH mathematics programs have found careers as computer consultants, statistical analysts in insurance scientific research analysts, product manager, high school and college teachers, and business managers.
Graduate School
A bachelor’s degree in math is excellent preparation for graduate study in mathematics, computer science, and the natural sciences.
