Previous Positions:
Cooley Lab The Cooley Lab studies the molecular genetics of Drosophila Oogenesis. My role in the lab is the maintenance of a protein-trap database. The database, known as Flytrap, is implemented using MySQL as the backend database and PHP for the web-based front-end.
Kidd Lab The Kidd Lab studies human population genetics. Most of my time is spent maintaining an Oracle database of polymorphisms that uses an MS Access application as it's front-end. My most recent work has been on an accessory application to automate loading large amounts of data.
