Len Wysocki is a licensed Psychologist and Consultant in Executive Coaching,  Management Training and Organizational Development. He consults and privately practices in the Northeast Region.


Contributions

Contributed in writing Josey Bass textbook on Quality and Sociotechnical Systems (1990).
 
Presented a manuscript on Emotional Intelligence and Executive MBA's for 3rd Congress on Emotional Intelligence in Amsterdam (2005).

Other

Consulting and Organizational Development Experience

Len has over has held a variety of generalist, specialist and management positions in Human Resources and Organizational Development within several Fortune 500 organizations since 1978. Len’s specialty of Organizational Development and Training  has spanned  over a period of fifteen years both under the employment of United Technologies Corporation as well as a private consultant in his own and shared business pursuits with colleagues.

He has worked with senior management teams in satellite manufacturing locations of United Technologies in the creation of socio-technical systems development and as a private consultant with major insurance companies in the area of change and stress management.

His most recent work has been in leadership effectiveness through his implementation and coaching utilizing assessment instruments in emotional intelligence.

As an independent Licensed Psychologist, Len has entered into private practice in Connecticut offering a specialty in Executive Training and Development with an emphasis in the use of Emotional Intelligence both as a personal development tool as well as an Organizational Leadership skill.

In addition to his private practice and organizational consulting work, Len is on the Industrial/Organizational Graduate faculty of the University of  New Haven  teaching both Clinical and Organizational Psychology courses in the MAIOP graduate Program.
