Reginald Dwayne Betts received the Holden Fellowship from the Warren Wilson MFA Program for Writers. A Cave Canem fellow, Breadloaf Writer's Conference scholarship recipient, and graduate of Prince George's Community College and the University of Maryland, his poetry has appeared in such journals as Ploughshares and Poet Lore. His memoir A Question of Freedom has just been published by Avery Books/Penguin.  


Roger Bonair-Agard is a native of Trinidad and Tobago, a Cave Canem fellow, and the author of 2 collections of poetry; tarnish and masquerade (Cypher Books, 2006) and GULLY (Cypher Books, Peepal Tree Press 2010). An MFA candidate at the Stonecoast Program of the University of Southern Maine, Roger is co-founder of the louderARTS Project in NYC and a 2 -time National Poetry Slam Champion. He teaches at Cook County Juvenile Detention Center and is Poet-in-Residence at Young Chicago Authors. He teaches and performs throughout the world. He lives mostly in Chicago.
