Dr. Tina Freilicher is the data analyst/accreditation coordinator for UNH’s Department of Education.  She oversees the department’s assessment and evaluation system that provides evidence-based decisions with the goal of improving the quality of the department’s programs and educational outcomes.  Dr. Freilicher also conducts assessment and program evaluation for the purpose of meeting accreditation standards. 

Tina has more than 27 years of experience developing licensure, certification and employee selection examination programs for a variety of domestic and international professional organizations.  As examples, Dr. Freilicher has developed teacher licensure examinations for the City of New York, certification examination programs for nursing specialties and other health professions, and registration examinations for the financial securities industry.  Her experience includes conducting job analysis studies, test development, and psychometric assessment of examinations.  Dr. Freilicher is also experienced in evaluating the quality of credentialing programs to assess the degree in which the programs meet accreditation and testing industry standards.
