National Security Professor and Graduate Students Attend AFIO/NE Meeting

April 25, 2009, UNH National Security graduate students attended the Quarterly meeting of AFIO/NE (Association for Intelligence Officers, New England Chapter), at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.  The guest speaker, Mr. Joesph Wippl, is a retired senior CIA Case Officer. He spoke on the Problems and Prospects for U.S. Espionage.  In attendance at the meeting was Dr. William Tafoya, Director of the UNH National Security Graduate Program, a member of the AFIO/NE Board of Directors. Accompanying him were National Security graduate students: Andrew Lavigne, Alana Penza, Elyse Karin, Joshua Creech, Mehwish Salim, James Muncil and Julia Maddox. Also in attendance was a 2007 graduate of UNH's National Security Program, Matt Allatin.
