On March 26, 2009 UNH graduate National Security Students were invited by Lieutenant Commander Michael Bennett, Director, Strategic Intelligence Studies at the Coast Guard Academy, to attend an intelligence briefing: "Global Maritime and Air Intelligence Integration" conducted by Rear Admiral Richard R. Kelly. The briefing discussed the global maritime and air intelligence integration. In attendance at the USCG Academy were Dr. William L. Tafoya (Director of the National Security Program), Elyse Karin, Mehwish Salim, Evynne Graveline, Joshua Creech, James Muncil, Julia Maddox, and Jason Moore.
