The University conducted quality service training this past spring semester with the Noel Levitz Connections NOW program. A pilot group pf 150 administrators, faculty, and staff successfully completed the program, which entailed completing online modules and also participating in facilitated group discussions.
Two sessions for each Connect Now Group were conducted- an initial meeting in early February of 2009, and a follow-up session at the end of the month. These group meetings allowed us to collect the combined feedback of all our participants and create a set of recommendations for improvements that can truly help the university be the best service environment possible. These recommendations will be further evaluated by the Student Satisfaction & Retention Committee. Any changes and/or recommendations put forth will be included in the campus wide Student Satisfaction & Retention plan, which is currently being developed.
