The time has come to celebrate the creativity, imagination, and diligence of this winter’s graduating class. All of you have in some way contributed to the success of the students who will be graduating. Therefore, I am asking for your help one more time as we celebrate their achievements.
If you wish to assist in the implementation of this year’s Winter Commencement activities which are scheduled for Saturday, January 19, 2019, there are several roles that need to be filled.

Volunteer Details
- Your assistance is needed from approximately 11:00 a.m. until about 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2013

- All volunteers are asked to arrive at the David A. Beckerman Recreation Center by 11:00 a.m. to review roles
|
- No parking pass will be required for volunteers as you will be arriving early enough to find ample parking
|
- Lunch will be provided for volunteers and the doors to the Recreation Center will open at 12:30 p.m.
|
- The Commencement ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. and will last approximately 2 hours - a reception wil immediately follow for graduating students and their guests in Echlin Dining Hall
|
- All volunteers will be entitled to one-half (1/2) vacation day
|

- Once registered, volunteers will receive a confirmation email and follow-up instructions
