Mr. William L. Wimbish, III Bio

Bill Wimbish is the Project Director of Proteus USA, an international futures consortium sponsored by the National Intelligence University System. He is a retired Army colonel with 31 years of experience in aviation, training, education, strategic planning and force development.
He is a former member of the U.S. Army War College faculty where he taught national security strategy, the interagency process, multinational operations and strategic crisis action planning and was the director of the college's capstone student Strategic Decision Making Exercise. He received a M.A. in Business Management from Webster University and is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College.
